As the Founder and CEO of Wellington Learning Studio, Zi Yuan has strategically scaled the business from scratch to an admissions specialist working with students around the world and recording over 400k impressions to the brand till date.

Graduating from Singapore's Raffles Institution in 2021 with straight distinctions at the A-Levels, he currently pursues Law (LL.B.) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), one of Europe’s premier social sciences university. Through attaining First Class Honours and being awarded a place on LSE's Dean's List, Zi Yuan wishes to integrate the world-class pedagogies picked up in the United Kingdom and incorporate it into the Wellington Approach. His students consist of notable alumni heading to top UK Law schools like LSE (#6) and UCL (#14) with many others securing spots at Singapore's prestigious Law schools in NUS (#10) and SMU.

 

Similarly, students under his A-Levels Economics programme have seen jumps of U to A in internal school exams within short spans of just 4 months of lessons. A work in progress, he aspires to grow Wellington Learning Studio into a leading digital education hub for students to discover their best-suited course and execute on it through tailored applications. He works closely with the team to leverage on cutting-edge technology and self-study portals, courses and features where students gain access to highest quality education anytime, anywhere.

Zi Yuan currently holds notable leadership positions across Singapore and the UK, acting as Managing Editor for the United Kingdom-Singapore Law Students' Society while holding Directorship for the world's largest student conference on Alternative Investments (LSE AIC). Aside from tutoring, he has deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and business, especially for start-ups that bring unique value to their respective industries and growing from 0-1.
